Welcome to the 2019/20 Season

Hello to this season's participants in the DraftKings League. Last year was a blast and I hope we have another tight race to crown a new champion in 2019/20.

There are no additional rules to this season, but to refresh your memory this is how the league works.

Rules

- Using DraftKings, you will pick a new team each week using a salary cap of $50,000.

- Only picking games that are played on Sunday with kickoffs of 12:00 pm CT / 3:00 pm CT (No Thursday, Sunday, or Monday night contests)

- Whomever has the most points will be that week's winner and earn the maximum standings points.

- Standings Points are awarded weekly as follows (Using 11 teams):

1st Place: 11 points

2nd Place: 10 points

3rd Place: 9 points

4th Place: 8 points

5th Place: 7 points

6th Place: 6 points

7th Place: 5 points

8th Place: 4 points

9th Place: 3 points

10th Place: 2 points

11th Place: 1 point

In case of a tie the team's will split the standings points. Example: two teams tie for second place and will be awarded 9.5 points each.

- Playing all 17 weeks, the team that has the most standings points for the season will be crowned Champion.

- In case of a tie in Standings Points, these are the following tiebreakers used in order:

1) Weekly Wins

2) Total DraftKings Points for the season

3) Highest weekly DraftKings score

4) Least amount of last place finishes

5) Sunday Night Football DraftKings Showdown

Final season awards:

- Champion: Super Bowl Trophy

- 2nd Place: Silver Medal

- 3rd Place: Bronze Medal

- Last Place: Toilet Bowl

- Most DraftKings Season Points: Plaque

- Most Weekly Wins: Medal

- Best DraftKings Week: Ribbon
